Tapas Trail Cartagena Spain

There is no better way of meeting Cartagena than its delicious gastronomy. We propose to you discovering this three-millenary city through a wonderful culinary offer that will delight your senses.
A walk through the historical downtown admiring the Art Nouveau buildings of the main street and squares which are a symbol of this gorgeous city is really worthy and difficult to be forgotten. We want you to experience our city during the Roman period so we will take you to the Roman Forum museum, one of the most important archaeological sites of the city where we finde remains of thermal baths, temples, roads and much more. And all this with the different flavours of our local food, fresh vegetables and delicious dishes by visiting 2 local bars where 3 tapas and drinks will be served.

ITINERARY

Starting at Cartagena Cruise Terminal, we will go walking to the city center while we admire the impressive walls of the port, built in the XVIII century. Once downtown, we pass several Art Nouveau buildings, as our steps follow the main street called Calle Mayor. We will visit the Roman Forum museum and one of the most beautiful squares: San Francisco Sq. Moving from one site to the other, we will stop in two local typical bars and have 3 genuine tapas and drinks that will be the perfect combination to this experience. At the end of the tour the guide will take you back again to the cruise terminal.
